Our family connection to the region and to the Dão wines comes from past generations.

We remember our maternal grandfather who acquired Quinta do Carvalhão Torto at the beginning of the last century.

In addition to being the founder of one of the first wine companies in the Dão region, he was also a major driver of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Nelas.

From our father we have a whole life dedicated to viticulture, to the production and marketing of Dão wines.

In his professional career, he produced some of the references that marked some of the stories of Dão wines.

We, born in this wonderful world of wines, have the delicate role of respecting our origins, producing at Quinta do Carvalhão Torto, genuine wines that reveal the identity of the region.
