Organoleptic Tasting
Citric color, with slight golden reflections. Delicate notes of fruit, pear, apple and citrus. Very mineral, with excellent volume and freshness, where the variety is striking.



Paring
Excellent company for light "tapas", fish and seafood, very sweet tooth. It should be served at a temperature of 10º to 12ºc.
